THREE GUYS. ONE DREAM. TO SHAPE UP THE WORLD. ONE BODY AT A TIME!

The unsuspecting soul they choose is an old guy who laments the rotundness of his aging body and is therefore ripe for exploitation. The guys promise to turn him into the next Hercules - whether he likes it or not!

To balance out the scales, they decide to pursue a female subject as well - some high-sugar candy to go with the butterball. They girl they find is training for her first figure competition and is looking for something extra to ensure the win. Are our boys the ones to take her all the way...? Or is she condemning herself to 12 weeks of pain with no gain?

Watch these three variably competent guys as they attempt to train two initially willing subjects to within an inch of their lives. Will they achieve their goals and send them away happy...or will the sequel be a courtroom drama?
