No matter what program you choose, you can travel your road right here with Body Team Focus, exchanging experiences with others who are doing the same thing and calling on the Team's vast Knowledge Base whenever needed.

At Body Team Focus, we believe Knowledge is Power and we strive to learn and grow with the times. No matter where you are now, we can assure you that we have been there. Our Knowledge Base is constantly updated with many helpful articles in the areas of fitness, health, and spiritually empowering wisdom. And if you like your training to be a little on the wilder side, then you can always talk to Homer! Just remember to sign that waiver!

We are all greatly influenced by our friends, so we also provide a place where friends can meet and share their ideas and struggles while doing what it takes to achieve their own personal goals. There's a link to post your pictures so we can see who you are and if you need anything, the Hangout is the place to be. Don't be alarmed by the workmen currently painting the ceiling in there. They won't be there long but while they are we've ordered them to wear lycra dungarees in order to blend in. Please treat them all like the sun.
