| About Me: I've read about BFL, but never followed the plan until now and I have no intentions of turning back because it's the best thing that I could have done for myself. I am a married mother of 3. I've always been into eating right and exercising, but over the years as I started having kids it became harder and harder to kick the bulge. Especially having 3 c-sections. I am 31 yrs old and I'm not getting any younger. I'm on a transformation journey to take my body back and transform it into the hod bod that I know I have. I've found so much support through various websites and I can truly say it is a blessing to have so many caring people that I've never met in person surrounding me and willing to do whatever it takes to help me succeed. | |
