Body Team Focus Challenge

Thanks to Kim, we have decided to host our first Body Team Focus Challenge! The Challenge will run from Nov 9, 2009 to Jan 31, 2010.

Here's what you need to do:

Register by Nov 12, 2009 upon signing in
Make a post at "The Hangout" and state your goals
Take your Before pictures within 3 days of Nov 9
Train Hard for 12 weeks
Eat Clean for 12 weeks
Take your After photo within 3 days of the Jan 31, 2010
Post your Before and After photos, along with your essay, on your Profile by Feb 15, 2010
Must be 18 or older
Judging will be done by votes of all challengers (can't vote for yourself)
